A pensioner went to the bank where her pension got credited every month. As per extant rules in India, one needs to furnish a Life Certificate every November to reactivate the pension infusion in the said account. This is to ensure that no fraud happens and pension does not get paid, although the pensioner is no more.
Now, what our pensioner did was play the following Celine Dion video to the bank managers:
But the video quoted was not proof enough for the bank authorities. She had to fill up multiple forms to assert that she was indeed alive.
