Epilogue: Ulysses of Tennyson

Have you read Tennyson's Ulysses?
If you haven't, you should.
I read the poem and thought:
Let's weigh anchor and steam off.
Who knows we may even find that the world is flat.
And the Moon's a balloon.
So what if we fall the edge?
We can grab the string of the balloon,
And land softly on a black hole.
We can investigate later who pushed you off.
